Update all sales records at once. Tick your sales, click the toolbar button. Then enter your shipping
details once and all the selected sales are updated.
The dialog is different for each site. For example, the osCommerce version allows you to change the status of the order, notify customers and add notes.
For Amazon and Play you can now enter tracking numbers for each sale, either manually or using a barcode scanner.

Print Product Images

Packing Partner can now save a CSV file for each month, showing the VAT breakdown for each sale,
with totals for the month.
The file shows Sale ID, Customer, Gross Value, Zero Rated, Standard Rated, VAT Due and Nett of VAT.

Archive Collected Records
The archive add-on allows you to save and recall all the records you have collected from any site. Giving
you a centralised database of all your sales.
All records are automatically archived whenever records are collected or imported from the manual sales entry add-on.
A new button is added to the main toolbar where you can search the archived records between two dates and search for text in the whole record.
The search is extremely flexible, there is no need to specify which field you want to search.

Now you can generate detailed reports from your archived sales records. (requires
the archive add-on). Giving you the power to make informed business decisions.
Reports can be generated from item descriptions, item codes or location codes, then sorted by name, quantity or value.
Order value reports can be generated for any time period and displayed as daily, weekly or monthly sales totals.
Generate reports using a search phrase, allowing you to get detailed and precise product sales information.
A user definable summary is displayed in the main Packing Partner window, giving you up to the minute sales figures.

Set rules using VBScript to decide which records are exported to the carrier file and what
service and/or class to use.
For example, you could define orders to be exported as 1st or 2nd Class but upgrade to Signed For, if the order value is over a specified amount.
The script runs automatically when you collect your sales records. A file is then saved to disk, which you import into your carrier's application.

Collect PayPal Address from eBay
When collecting from eBay, this add-on allows you to collect the verified delivery address from PayPal
instead of using the eBay address.
A valid PayPal address is signified in Packing Partner by displaying a PayPal icon next to the delivery address. The eBay address is still used as the billing address.

Print Posting Record
Allows both editions to print a list of delivery addresses, that can be stamped by the Post Office as
a Certificate of Posting. (Requires IE8 if running on Windows Vista or 7)

Special Postal Instructions
Creates a field that contains special codes for the delivery address. It covers Royal Mail MailSort
120, AirSure, ZoneSort, exported deliveries and CN22.
MailSort 120 destination codes
For UK addresses, the field will contain the MailSort 120 destination code, which can be printed on the label.
Exported Deliveries
When the destination country is other than the sender's, the field will contain codes for Exported Delivery, Airsure and ZoneSort.
CN22 customs declaration
