Extremely simple to use

The process is the same for all supported sites. Navigate to your site, select the records to collect and click the toolbar button.

Picking and Packing Lists

Both editions print compact Picking and Packing lists, making your shipping process even easier.

The picking list creates a sorted list of how many of each item you need to collect from stock.

Once you've collected your items for shipping the packing list details exactly what each parcel needs to contain.

Using both lists provides a cross check that will reduce packing errors.

Combine to same address

Multiple orders going to the same delivery address can be combined into one for printing.

How it works

Packing Partner adds a button and menus to Internet Explorer. Just tick the records to be printed and click the button or menu. Checkboxes are added to sites that don't have them ;-)

Records are then downloaded, addresses are tidied and  the main program is launched. Your records are then ready for printing.

Layout Designer

The only setup you need, is to create your own label layout in the layout designer. usually from one of the supplied templates.

CSV Export

Data from Packing Partner can be exported for import into your own account, inventory or CRM system. If you operate an internet/intranet system, sales data can be exported via an HTML form.

To make fulfilling orders even easier we have add-ons that will:

Archive records into a central database of all sales

Mark all sales as shipped in one pass (selected sites)

Enter manual sales, e.g. from phone calls or emails

Export sales records to Sage accounts via Tradebox

Print CN22 form as required and MailSort 120 codes

Use VBScript to manipulate and export collected data
