When I load EKM via PPV3 the main screen that comes up normally tells you orders, average order etc. and then you click the view orders button to continue.
But just over the last couple of days when it loads up the areas where it tells you orders, orders average and revnue etc. has just got spinning wheels in them and not if, as if its still loading.
I think it's an internet explorer 8 issue?? is there away of using Chrome or firefox as the PPV3 viewer.? if you no what I mean as I think it uses explorer.

We aren't getting that here. If you are running IE8 on XP, that could be the issue.
If you are on Windows Vista, 7 or 8 then upgrading to IE10 should fix the problem.
If you are on XP, then you will need to move to Windows 7 or 8.
This is beyond our control because most ecommerce sites now use new methods that requires a newer browser.
We aren't able to use any other browser because they don't have the facilities we need to program them.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately upgrading to windows 7 or 8 is not a option at the minute as my machine would not take it and it's just another expense.
Do you or will you have the option later of being able to choose which browser to use with PPV3 as to be honest I don't use explorer as it's rubbish and I swapped over to Firefox and Chrome a couple of years ago.

Sorry but no, we aren't able to use Firefox or Chrome. They don't have a programming interface that we can use.
The internet has recently had a major change to it's internal working called HTML5. This means that we all have to upgrade in the near future.
We have had the same issue here, we worked on XP until earlier this year but now have had to move to Windows 7. It's the nature of the internet I'm afraid, it is in the process of evolving and we have to evolve with it.
