Price rises from January 2026

Due to increasing costs we will have to raise the main subscription price for existing users from January 2026. The price increase will take effect for new users from November 2025.

• Bronze: £120 to £130 per year (£13 pcm)

• Silver:  £180 to £190 per year (£19 pcm)

• Gold £240 to £250 per year (£25 pcm)

• Light: £20 to £30 per year (£3 pcm)

There is no need to do anything: We will make the change to your existing PayPal subscription agreement. The increase won't take effect until your next subscription payment

• This increase only affects the main Packing Partner subscription

• Multi licence discount of 10% for 2-5 and 20% for 6-10 remain

• There are no changes to Express, label or packing app prices

• Paid support charge will increase from £45 to £50 per hour.

We don't want to increase prices, but at the moment we just about break even.
That means we have almost no margin to ensure we stay in business.
From January 2026, Amazon start charging $1400 per year for API access.
It's just another increase in our costs, that sadly we must pass on to users.
