New ebay shop, but I can't collect order?

Could someone please just remind me what I need to do as I have just opened a new ebay shop, but when I try to collect it says no sales selected, but they are selected?

You may have to ask eBay to put you on Seller Hub. We've had a few new eBay users recently with a basic account, which doesn't work.

Yes I have already done that. Do I have to do something with credentials, although I only seem to have something set up for Amazon, not ebay and it is collecting normally from my regular account?

Hi Tony,

I don't think it's a configuration issue, it's to do with the type of account. Can you email us a phone number, so we can connect to check with you?

Sorry not had chance today. Do you need to have a shop subscription for it to work, I do have the hub?

Is this because I do not have a shop sub?

Yes, that is the problem, can you try going to this one:  https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ord
If that doesn't work, can you report it to eBay as they would need to ensure you can get to the correct address.
