Unable to create RM label when using eBay International Shipping

I use the eBay International Shipping program for all my ebay international orders.

With this I simply post to a UK address, then eBay forward it on with correct customs form, duty paid, etc to the customer.

It used to work fine - eBay would tell me the UK address it was to be posted to and I would use Packing Partner to create a Tracked 48 label to send it just like any UK order.

However, today it would not work. RM kept reporting that the label type was not valid for an IOSS order. Now yes a Tracked 48 label cannot be used on an IOSS order as that signifies it is international. Somewhere along the line RM must be being told that the order is in fact international and needs an IOSS number, but in reality it only needs be sent to a UK address by me and then eBay takes care of the IOSS/Customs etc.

How do I now use Packing Partner to buy labels for an order covered by the ebay international shipping program?

Thanks for the post.

There was a recent update that did make some changes, to account for some errors in the data coming from eBay.

Do you see "IOSS tax added" on the record and are you on the latest PP?

Yes I am on latest version of PP and I see 'IOSS tax added' on the record - but the delivery address is in the UK.

OK thank you. Could you please send us a screenshot of the Record, showing the label error, carrier settings and at least some of the address, to our support email address.
