I have been struggling for the last week to quickly load orders from EKM - is there an ongoing problem??

Thank you for your reply.
I raised the issue with EKM and it appeared there was a problem with our server and another customers data that was affecting the loading of the orders page, they seem to have resolved this now.
So, no issue with yourselves :-))
