EKM order used discount code

Hi,

I gave a customer a discount code that entitled them to a free product. The order came through the ekm system everything is fine. But when I try and collect it with PPV3 it tells me there is an error no total and no title and it will not collet the order.?

What do I do.

I've been seeing if we can do anything about this, as an order with no products and no total will cause issues in the system.
At the moment, I don't have an answer for you. For now any orders like that, will have to be processed manually.
