FBA order invoice has shipping charge, not shipping promotion discount

Just noticed an order today that shows a £3.99 shipping charge on the invoice but does not show the £3.99 promotion discount that Amazon applies, since the order is over £20 so qualifies for free shipping. The invoice total is correct but when you see the item price and the shipping charge, without the discount shown it looks like the shipping fee is not discounted and the total therefore appears to be wrong.

This is probably due to the changes Amazon have made recently.
