I just updated Packing Partner so to resolve an issue that was recently fixed, and now have a new issue.
Before we updated, Amazon orders were highlighted with the usual status colours indicating which were collected, shipped etc.
Now none of the orders are recognised as collected, shipped etc, so selecting uncollected orders includes all old orders too.
I have a load of FBA orders that I need to collect so I can email out the VAT invoices. Now I cannot determine which ones were previously collected or not.

.... same problem for us this morning. Shipped orders are highlighted in blue in Amazon but then all the highlighted orders disappear in a few seconds leaving all orders 'unmarked'.

I have seen this with one other user but don't have an explanation.
It seems that something on Amazon has changed so it won't recognise the status of older orders.
I don't think there will be a way to resolve this for older orders.

This only happened when I downloaded the latest version of Packing Partner. Minutes earlier when I looked before upgrading PP, it was fine. So it seems to be a change in Packing Partner.
So do I need to visually look through hundreds of orders and match with downloaded orders to identify any orders we have not downloaded so we can print and send their VAT invoices? This is going to be error prone and time consuming as Amazon order IDs are not sequential.

Sorry Nick but yes, that is likely to be the only answer.
When I looked at this for the other user, I couldn't find a solution.
When changes are made by a site, occasionally we see issues like this that we can't find an answer for.
If you want to call, we can connect to you and see if the information can be recovered.

We're seeing this problem since we updated too - old orders are now showing as haven't been collected
Plus we are also seeing the delivery name issue mentioned on another thread

Please click here to download the latest version then recollect your older orders from last week, the status colours should then show.
Important: Once collected, you will be asked if you want to resend the orders, answer No to that.
I've not had a chance to look at the address issue yet.
