There is a serious error on Packing partner that needs sorting ASAP.
For the past 10 days I have been receiving messages from Amazon buyers that I am sending the same item twice. The reason I have just identified as once some orders are collected, printed, dispatched & then updated on Packing partner, it does not get updated on the Amazon site. When I check on Packing partner, it says that it is updated. However, when I go the Amazon the order is still showing as un-dispatched.
So, when I go the next time to collect the orders, the same order which was collected & dispatched gets printed again & gets sent out. This is a bad situation as it is financially affecting due to sending the same order twice. Then there is postage charges also added twice to the bill.
Please help ASAP as this may be happening to others as well.

I can see that if there is an error or change on amazon, the sale may not be marked shipped. Although, I'm not sure I understand how they have been recollected without Packing Partner asking for confirmation the order should be reshipped.
However, I have your email and have replied to that with what to do next.
