Can't collect from etsy again this morning.

Getting this error: Critical errors, no valid address, no invoice items, no currency.

Please ensure you have an entry in your credentials for Etsy:

Tools>Settings > Credentials

If an entry already exists, select it and click Renew at the top.

If it doesn't exist it's Create>Channels A-L > Etsy API

Follow the on screen prompts, and then press Save on the Credentials window.

Return to Etsy and try to collect. You may see a "No Phone" validation error - if so, click on the No Phone text and click Ignore Always.

Have just tried and etsy comes back as successfully connected, but still getting this error: Critical errors, no valid address, no invoice items, no currency.

Thanks. As long as the entry now exists for Etsy in credentials, and you're on version .315 or higher, it should now be working.

Please can you run the installer / update from the website (here) and if still no joy, we will arrange to connect to you and have a look over it.

Thanks, after deleting and redoing the credentials, it is working again.
