Is it just us or is ebay not updating when you click update. It's updating the colour boxes but doesn't seem to be actually marking it as dispatched on ebay.
weve updated to the latest version.

Hi Guys,
No it seems to have been a glitch, once the update was installed and I restarted it worked fine.
On another note now the new update has been installed the pictures from my ebay listings are not downloading.?

Please try clicking Tools>Options>System>Clear Cache
If that doesn't work then again, please Email us directly about it, we'll have a look.

Same here - the odd one shows an image but majority don't seem to be downloading the product image. Used the clear cache option, but doesn't appear to have made any difference.

Yeah still the same here. Do you use Variations on Ebay.? as we do.

Just tried that and it didn't seem to work for me. I even totally deleted the record and tried to recollect after clearing cache etc.

You need to clear the cache before each collection until eBay fix the problem.
Because eBay send us a valid image, we can't determine if it is the correct one so we cache it to save time.

Ok no probs. So even if I totally delete the record I have previously collected, clear the cache and then recollect. It won't work.?
So it will only work if I have never collected the record, is that correct.

It won't work reliably until eBay fixes the issue.
We are displaying the image that eBay ends out.
