Amazon Won't Update

Hi there,

The last few days Amazon Updates haven't been working properly, it marks the sale as shipped, and when you hit update, the sale annotation turns green as if it has updated the sale, however it still has 'unshipped (1)' next to it. Need this fixing ASAP

Hi,

I did the update last week, i have just come to update 5 tracking numbers, and to no avail, they have 'updated' but still show 'unshipped (1)' next to them
