Exclude Amazon from automated emails

Hello!

The above feature is not working as it should, hope will get it fix soon.

Thanks for reply,
problem is that even after selecting the excluded amazon from automated email the mail can be seen in our amazon account in sent message tab.

In that case can you please Email us with a contact landline or call us, as we will need to connect to your PC and have a look.

We didn't find this straightaway because it is a change to Amazon's email address format.

We haven't seen an example until today. We will have a fix shortly.
