Opencart 2.0.2.0

After updating to the latest Opencart I'm having trouble collecting orders. There's a layer of admin menus down the left hand side which is masking over the check boxes and not letting me click on them. I have managed to get around this for now by using the 'Select Sales' dropdown at the top of Packing Partner. I have had a couple of error boxes pop-up this morning (An error has occurred in the script on this page) not sure if it is connected to the same problem but one says - Line 1508 - Object doesn't support property or method 'autocomplete' - and the other says - Line 2 - Object doesn't support property or method 'superfish' - there is also a URL showing on the errors, I can email a screengrab of the error boxes to you if it helps.
